Collin's 33rd Birthday!
Another low key celebration! Collin has been so busy this summer. He did in 24 loans in June, 19 in July, and 26 in August!! I feel like I can barely keep up with the kids and the house. So, we have kept things simple. We went to Cafe Rio for Collin's Birthday and then came home and watched the opening ceremony of the Olympics in London. I made Collin a book for each year of our Blog. He had been asking for me to print it for awhile, so I think he was excited that I finally did. All the girls were fighting to look at it first. It was fun to go back through it all. Then we just had a frozen turtle pie for dessert.
Ian 4 months old
Ian has got to be one of the happiest babies ever! He is so easy going. He smiles all the time. He is just starting to giggle and try to sit up and roll over. He is almost 16 pounds. He is so much fun!!!
Recital time!!
July 23rd, 2012
It was time for another recital! The girls had been practicing all summer. They had all their songs memorized and just about perfect! It was so fun to watch them perform for their grandparents and a few others who joined us at our house. They are learning so fast. It is just amazing to me!! Kylie finished her 3rd violin book and Breah finished her 2nd. Addison is already halfway through book one. Kylie and Breah also played some of their favorite piano songs. I love listening to them. They work so hard and I hope they continue to!!!!
family photos
Anjie was nice enough to make time to take our family pictures. We were excited with how well they turned out. Thank you so much, Anjie!
Best Friends
We drove down to Orem so the girls could see Oaklie. We had a picnic at the park and then had snow cones. Kylie and Oaklie wanted a picture of their "best friends" necklaces put together again.
Fourth of July
The Fourth of July was pretty laid back this year. First, we walked to the parade. Then, we went to our old neighborhood and played on the slip 'n' slide. Next, the girls chose Chuck-a-rama for dinner. Last, we ended the night with a few fire works, sparklers, and lots of fire crackers from our neigbors. It was a nice relaxing holiday.
