Clarissa ~ 14 months

Trying to get a picture of my two "one front tooth" girls.

Clare loves to play outside with her sisters, but I keep her trapped in the house.
Her sisters couldn't stop laughing about her "crossed legs".
Clare loves the swing and the dirt!

"My very own banana? Mmmmm!"
We discovered that she is allergic to something. We assume it was a bee sting, but I did not see it happen. She had to get a Steroid RX and they said it would probably be worse next time. Poor girl!

Addison lately

Love it! Raking leaves in their swimsuits!

Addison does a good impression of Scully with the binoculars...

not on purpose though!

Yes, she dressed herself! She has two shirts under that jacket!

I ran a 10 K!

Where's Breah?

Yes, she did it all by herself.
Scared her mom, but made her dad proud!

Surprise!!!!!!

My mom turned 60 this year. We decided to make a big deal of it and surprise her. I think the last time my mom had much family over on her birthday was the big 50. And I don't ever recall a surprise for her. So, my brother flew out from Chicago, my sister with her week old baby, my little sister came on her first road trip with her baby, and my oldest brother chauffeured them to Jackson Hole. We met at the Bar J Wranglers for dinner and a great show. We gave my mom a book of 60 memories from her 6 kids. It was a great time. And I think my mom was thrilled!!!!

Road Trip!

Collin's brother got married in Seattle, WA. (of course the camera batteries were dead that day!)Collin was so excited to drive his Mazda on the curvy mountain roads. He loved the drive, I did not drive once! Clarissa, on the other hand, did not enjoy them at all! I was torn, trying to keep both of them content was quite a task! This is a beautiful hike we went on in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. It was absolutely beautiful!!!

Then we spent Sunday touring Seattle. We parked and rode the tram down to the famous Pikes Place Market. It was pretty exciting. Next, we had lunch at the top of the Space Needle. The food was probably the best I have ever had. And the restuarant rotated around the top! It took a minute to get used to, but was awesome. Last, we decided to take the Ferry to Bambridge Island. It was a great adventure!!

Back to School

These two cute kiddos have been doing great practicing violin and piano.
The last week in August they had a "Back to School" recital. They both played fun fiddle music, several Suzuki songs, and two piano pieces. They did so great! I am impressed how quickly they pick it up... And I LOVE listening to them!!

I also enrolled them in FREE Montessorri School. They started almost a month after other schools around here, because it was not finished. But with such nice weather in September, I did not mind at all. Breah is in Kindergarten (her class also includes preschoolers). Kylie is in 1st Grade (with 2nd and 3rd Graders too). It will be interesting to see how they like it and how much they progress. I am hopeful it is worth driving them everyday! They also have a strict dress code...
