If the Savior Stood Beside Me

Kylie, Breah, and Addison played this during Sacrament meeting on May 19th.

Breah's actual birthday was pretty low key.  We went out to dinner at Fiesta Ole.  Then came home and opened presents.  She asked for a doll like Kylie's.  They were both pretty excited to play together.  We did not even have cake because she wanted to wait until Saturday when everyone came for lunch.

The big Baptism day was so special.  She woke up extra early asking if it was time to get ready.  She looked so beautiful and was just glowing!

Lots of people came to support her.  Some of them were her school teacher, Mrs. Ball; her primary teacher; our neighbors, the Becks; Aunt Susan and family; Anjie, Aubryn, Rylan, and Wesley; and of course all the grandparents came.  We are so blessed for all the awesome family and friends who make special efforts to support us!

Breah has such a creative personality.  She comes up with all kinds of fun ideas.  Some of them are making dog obstacle course (like a dog show thing on TV) for her little sisters to pretend to be puppies.  Making exercise stations, making back message office, writing stories on the computer, making boxes and hats out of paper.  She is never bored.  She loves teaching others too.  She likes to teach math to Addison and help her read.  She like to draw pictures for Clare and help her dress up.  She loves taking care of Ian.  Whatever I may need.  Put his PJ's on, rock his, feed him, walk around with him.  And her and Kylie are best friends.  they do almost everything together.  I love listening to them laugh and play together.  Breah has just started gym this year.  She can pretty much do a back hand spring, she is just a little nervous still.  She is still doing piano and violin.  She wants to take swimming and play soccer too.  I just wish there was more time for everything!  She has a great sense of humor and is very sarcastic.  She wakes up early and gets all her chores and practicing done as fast as she can so she is not late to school.  She keeps us all going!

Heart and Sole of Rigby

Collin has an acquaintance through work that has put together the "Heart and Sole of Rigby".  We decided since they cancelled the Sunnyside Elementary run that day to do the one in Rigby on April 27th.  I have been walking/running with Bita since January (after our babies were born).  So this 5K was the perfect race for us.  Collin has run about 4 times all year and still managed to get 12th overall!!  Bita and I had our time around 32-33 minutes.  I was pleased with that.  We are now training for the "To Bone and Back" 40 mile relay (8 person team, 5 miles each).

This is Collin's new toy for the next few birthdays, father's day, and maybe even Christmas!  It has been a bit of a touchy subject between us.  Collin traded it straight across for our Durango on New Year's Eve.  We did not have much of a chance to discuss it before he did it.  I wasn't sure about it because of my last experience in an ATV on the sand dunes.

For the next 4 months, all Collin could think about was flying up and over the dunes.  He was so excited.  I mean like a little boy waiting for Christmas!  He got it tuned up and new tires.  Also got a new title and registration.  On the first nice day of spring, he left work early and we loaded up.  Well, much to my relief and his disappointment, it barely made it up the small hills!!!  Oh, man!  Collin was so depressed--really. I did feel bad about it, especially after all he "invested" into it.  But, I was happy to know I would not need to stress about him doing anything crazy!

He took it to another mechanic and now Collin is waiting for another nice day to go to the sand dunes!

Addi lost her first tooth at school.  She was so excited to get the tooth necklace from the office.

Clare loves acting like a puppy.  Or a horse.  Sometimes a kitty too.

Clare plays great all alone.  She seems to prefer it that way!

EASTER 2013

We were in Utah the Friday night before Easter.  So Saturday morning, we went on an Easter Egg Hunt with Brian's family and then had lunch with them.

Sunday Best

We went to Grandma and Grandpa Hunter's house for dinner on Sunday.  All the cousins had a big Easter Egg Hunt.
